Who we are
Neart Construction is a trading name of NEART CONSTRUCTION LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17308211), registered office 357 Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 1RN. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at info@neartconstruction.co.uk or on 029 2168 0036.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project postcode, your message and the page you sent it from.
- Phone calls: when you call a number shown on this website, call-tracking services record your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the web page or advert that led to the call.
- Email and messages: anything you send us directly, including photos and drawings of your property.
- Website use: information collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and whether you arrived from an advert.
How we use it and why

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising, and WhatConverts to connect calls and form enquiries to the page or advert that produced them. These services set cookies or use similar technologies on your device.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and control ad personalisation in your Google account settings. Blocking cookies will not stop the website from working.
Who we share it with
We only share personal information with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Basin, which processes our website enquiry forms
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and WhatConverts, for analytics, advertising measurement and call tracking
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
- Our email, IT and accounting providers
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the provider's UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or with subcontractors working on your project, limited to what they need to do the work.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years from our last contact
- Customer and project records: 6 years after the work is completed, to meet tax and legal requirements
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of each service, up to 14 months for Google Analytics
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To make a request, email info@neartconstruction.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
